What is LOW-E Glass?
Low-E glass (Low Emissivity) provides excellent performance in situations where temperature separation is desired. Low-E is used to help meet energy efficiency requirements by blocking UV light and providing heat insulation. This is done with a special thin-film metallic or oxide coating which prevents the passage of short-wave solar energy into a building and also prevents long-wave energy produced by heating systems and lighting from escaping outside.

LOW-E Glass Features
Whether in winter or summer, low-e glass plays a part in energy saving. In winter, the low-e film will reflect heat
back to the building to prevent heat loss and keep temperature balance in the room; during the summer, the
low-e film will reduce radiant heat into the room again, so that the interior overall calorie cuts down, and the
room becomes cooler. Besides, Low-e glass is a new heat and noise insulation building material which has the
following features:
